Francis Beracha is the co-founder of The Beracha Team serving as the principal broker and the head of property management with nearly 20 years of experience. She holds a Master’s of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and a licensed real estate agent in Ohio.

Born and raised in Miami Beach, Francis grew up immersed in Miami’s diverse culture and ever-evolving real estate landscape and has experienced first-hand the growth of the city. She understands the market from a cultural as well as a real estate perspective and has a proven track record of handling commercial and residential real estate transactions. Her deep-rooted connections and extensive network give her a competitive edge.

Francis became a licensed real estate agent at twenty-two years old and opened up her first brokerage company at only twenty-four years old. Simultaneously, she has a successful property management company that she began before she was legally an adult and has demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for managing properties efficiently and effectively.

Growing up in challenging circumstances, Francis learned the value of hard work and tenacity from an early age. She faced hurdles along the way but instead of succumbing to despair, Francis used each setback as fuel to propel herself forward. This led her to her talent of being able to handle challenging transactions and people.

With an innate ability for negotiation, she navigates the complexities of interpersonal relationships and brokering deals in the competitive world of real estate.
