Meet the dynamic duo Dr. Eli Beracha and Francis Beracha. With a combined experience of over 40 years, they bring passion, expertise, and a white glove service to every transaction. Between them they speak three languages fluently; Hebrew, Spanish, and English. The Beracha Team real estate brokerage started over a decade ago on a makeshift desk with the previous name while Francis was only twenty-four years old living with her mother and sister in a small apartment in Bay Harbor Islands.
Francis was born and raised in Miami Beach and comes from a real estate family, Francis grew up around real estate since she was a child, often working alongside her parents in the very beginnings. It was only natural that she became licensed in real estate in Florida and Ohio, later becoming the broker for her own company, and obtaining her Master’s Degree at Florida International University for International Real Estate. Francis saw Miami grow from just a retirement community to the hottest city in the world and she has been inspired by this city since birth often obtaining inspiration from Miami’s unique environment and investing in multifamily, condos, and homes in Miami-Dade and Broward County.
Dr. Eli Beracha was born and raised in Israel and after serving in the Israeli Intelligence he came to America on a track scholarship to obtain the American dream, graduating with a Ph.D. in Investments with a specialization in Real Estate Investments from University of Kansas. Through his dedication as a professor and his unparalleled real estate research he later became the Director of the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University. He is a prominent community figure and a top world researcher in Real Estate. Dr. Eli Beracha started investing in real estate as a student and through the years evolved into investing and consulting on significant deals within South Florida and beyond for high-net-worth families, private equity, and real estate investment funds.
